This report includes one of the largest series of anterior skull based meningiomas and confirms that fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy is a safe and effective treatment modality. Patients with tumor-associated cranial neuropathies have a high likelihood of improvement in their symptoms within the first year of treatment. Stereotactic radiotherapy provides excellent tumor control and offers preservation or improvement of function to patients with tumors in these challenging locations.
